On July 14, 2022, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.77 per share. The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 25, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
