Kakuzi Plc specializes producing and marketing of tea and avocado. Net sales break down as follows: - production, packaging and sale of avocado (50.8%): 8.5Kt produced in 2021; - production and distribution of macadamia (26.9%): 1,725 tonnes produced; - forestry (9.9%); - production and distribution of tea (7.9%): 7.2 Kt produced; - other (4.5%): production of pineapples, livestock breeding, etc. At the end of 2021, the group operated 1,810 hectares of plantations. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Kenya (25.3%), Europe (48.5%) and other (26.2%).
