Kameda Seika Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2220) agreed to acquire an additional 21% stake in Thien Ha Kameda, JSC from THIEN HA CORPORATION on May 13, 2021. Under the terms of the transaction, Kameda Seika Co.,Ltd. will acquire 2.2 million shares in Thien Ha Kameda, JSC. The purchase price is under calculation. Post-closing, Kameda Seika Co.,Ltd. will own 51% stake in Thien Ha Kameda, JSC. For the period ended March 31, 2021, Thien Ha Kameda, JSC had sales of VND 279 billion and net profit of VND 79 million. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Kameda Seika Co.,Ltd. on May 13, 2021. The closing date is undecided.
Kameda Seika Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2220) completed the acquisition of an additional 21% stake in Thien Ha Kameda Joint Stock Company from Thien Ha Corporation for approximately VND 190 billion on October 12, 2021. Following the completion, Thien Ha Kameda JSC has become a subsidiary of Kameda Seika.
