The Board of Directors Meeting of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED No.9 / 201 2 on September 2 7 , 201 2 resolved to concur with the proposa l for the establishment of a life assurance company in Cambodia , which 49% of shares are held by Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL and 5 1 % of shares are held by Canadia Investment Holding PLC.

The Bank of Thailand, on January 16 , 201 3 , granted approval for the inclusion of the company in the KASIKORNBANK FINANCIAL CONGLOMERATE. The company is completely submitted registration with Ministry of Commerce on July 8 , 201 5 and is granted life insurance license on December 24 , 201 5.
