Subject : Interim Dividend Payment for the First-Half of 2014 Operating Results

The Board of Directors Meeting of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED No. 8/2014, held on August 28, 2014, resolved to approve the interim dividend payment for the first-half of
2014 operating results to ordinary shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.50 per share, totaling Baht
1,196,630,096.50. The interim dividend was derived from retained earnings which were subject to corporate income tax of 30%. Therefore, an individual shareholder may apply for tax credit on dividend at the rate of 3/7 of the dividend amount. The record date is set on September 11, 2014 to determine the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividend, and the shareholders register book closing date is set on September 12, 2014 to compile the list of shareholders. The interim dividend payment shall be made on September 26, 2014.
