Kaufman & Broad SA is one of the leaders of housing builders in France. Net sales break down by type of assets as follows:
- residences (68%): apartments (92.2% of sales; 4,358 units delivered in 2022/23; Kaufman & Broad and Résidences Bernard Teillaud brands) and single-family homes (7.8%; 254 units delivered);
- business real estate (31%): primarily offices and business sites;
- student residences (0.5%).
The remaining sales (0.5%) are for land sale and fees collecting.
