COMBINED ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL

SHAREHOLDERS'MEETING OF MAY 6, 2021

TERMS OF AVAILABILITY OF THE PREPARATORY DOCUMENTS

The shareholders of Kaufman & Broad SA are invited to participate to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of the company to be held:

on May 6, 2021 at 9:00 am, behind closed doors, without the physical presence of the shareholders.

The notice of Meeting containing the Agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the French newspaper of legal announcement (i.e. Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatorires) of March 29, 2021 and the notice of convening will be published in the BALO on April 19, 2021.

The shareholders' meeting presentation shall be available on May 6, 2021.

The documents provided according to the Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code are available for the shareholders as of the convening of the meeting, according to the applicable regulations:

• any registered shareholder may, up to and including the fifth day before the Meeting, ask the company to send him such documents. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of participation in the bearer share accounts held by the authorized intermediary.
