We refer to our disclosure, dated October 7, 2022 under regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, disclosing that Kaya Middle East DMCC ("DMCC") the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, is increasing its stake in IRIS Medical Centre LLC, (subsidiary of DMCC) from 85% to 100%.
Further to the above, we wish to inform you that DMCC has informed us that it has completed the aforesaid transaction.
