KazTransCom AO (KazTransCom JSC) is a Kazakhstan-based company engaged in the provision of telecommunication services. The Company operates in four main segments: Telecommunication services division covers cable and satellite communication services, as well as land telephone communication and related repair services; Maintenance segment offers equipment design, development, supply, installation for telecommunication platforms, and network and equipment maintenance; System integration segment provides design, construction, certification and commissioning of communication objects and telecommunication systems under long-term contract with Agip KCO, and Information Technology (IT) outsourcing segment specializes applications installation, support and maintenance services. The Company operates through seven branches located in Aktobe, Paviodar, Atyrau, Uralsk, Almaty, Aktau and Astana. As of July 1, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was Rodnik Ink TOO with a stake of 76.22%.
