On June 4, 2020, Keda Clean Energy Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600499) closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction. The company issued 311,214,227 shares at a price of CNY 3.68 per share for the gross proceeds of CNY 1,145,268,355.36 in the transaction. The transaction included participation from Liang Tongcan for 215,824,827 shares for the gross proceeds of CNY 794,235,363.36, Foshan Xinmingzhu Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. for 52,994,111 shares for the gross proceeds of CNY 195,018,328.48 and Xie Yuezeng for 42,395,289 shares for the gross proceeds of CNY 156,014,663.52. The company has received securities change registration certificate issued by Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd.. The expected listing time is the next trading day after the restricted sale period. The company will pay CNY 11,990,566.04 as issuance fee in the transaction. The company will receive net proceeds of CNY 1,133,277,789.32 in the transaction.
