1st Domestic Secured Convertible Bond will be adjusted in
accordance withthe Company's "Rules and conditions of
issuance and conversion of the 1st Domestic Secured
Convertible bonds"(the Rule).

(1)In accordance with the Article 11 of the Rule, the conversion
price will be adjusted.
(2)The conversion price of the 1st Domestic Secured Convertible
Bond will be adjusted to NT$38.4 from 2022/5/6, the ex-dividend
record date of cash dividends.
