Kehua Data Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002335) agreed to acquire remaining 20% stake in Shenzhen KBD Control Technology Ltd. from Shenzhen KBD Investment Partnership (Limited partnership) for CNY 67.1 million on April 26, 2021. Kehua Data Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002335) will pay transfer price of CNY 49.3 million with 7 days. The remaining equity transfer payment of CY 17.8 million is only based on the actual amount of the Shenzhen KBD Control Technology Ltd. receivable from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022. As of December 31, 2020, Shenzhen KBD Control Technology Ltd. recorded total assets of CNY 43.4 million, net assets of CNY 35.6 million, operating income of CNY 17.1 million and net profit of CNY 1.2 million. The transaction has been approved by Board of Directors of Kehua Data Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002335).
