On September 8, 2022, Keli Motor (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. has closed the transaction. The company had completed the registration of industrial and commercial changes, and obtained the business license issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The registered capital has changed to CNY 270 million.
