Kendrick Resources Plc is a United Kingdom-based mineral exploration and development company, with vanadium, nickel and copper projects in Scandinavia. The Company's projects are a portfolio of early to advanced stage exploration projects covering a combined area of approximately 466.72 square kilometers (km2). Its projects include Airijoki and Koitelainen vanadium projects in Sweden and Finland respectively. In addition, the Company holds various licenses, namely the Karhujupukka vanadium-magnetite exploration project in Finland; the Kramsta, Kullberget, Simesvallen and Sumassjon exploration projects in Sweden (collectively the Central Sweden Project), and the Espedalen, Hosanger, and Sigdal exploration nickel-copper-cobalt projects in Norway. The Airijoki Project lies within the Vittangi Greenstone Group (VGG) of northern Sweden. The Karhujupukka Project lies approximately 20 kilometers (km) southeast of the city of Kolari in east-central Finland.
