We'll provide detailed design engineering services and procurement and fabrication support for the two OSS topsides modules.
The project is crucial to meet clean energy targets in the local areas and sets out to provide renewable energy to thousands of homes. It will also support investment for future operations and maintenance regimes.
Earlier this year, we completed topsides optimization studies to reduce size and weight of the OSS modules to minimize expenditure during the fabrication and installation phases. We'll now continue to the next phase of the project, which is scheduled to be fully operational by 2025.
The project will benefit from a significant digital element. The second OSS will be a replication of the first by using digital replication and 3D model technology. It's a more sustainable way of designing assets by saving on time and resources.
