On May 19, 2022, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share, payable in U.S. dollars, on the Company's common stock. The regular quarterly dividend will be paid on July 15, 2022, to shareholders of record on July 1, 2022.
