Keyeast Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A054780) agreed to acquire an addtional 15.04% stake in Digital Adventure Inc. (JASDAQ:4772) from BOF Investment K.K for KRW 5.8 billion on October 2, 2012. Keyeast Co.,Ltd. will acquire approximately 8.2 million shares and will hold 30.93% stake after the transaction. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Keyeast Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to complete on October 25, 2012.
As of October 25, 2012, the transaction was postponed to November 9, 2012.
