The Board of Directors on November 22, 2024, have accorded their approval to change the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of Credila Financial Services Limited (`RTA') from Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited (`Existing RTA') to KFin Technologies Limited (`New RTA'), on the terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon among the Company and New RTA. The process of execution of necessary agreement and transition of data from the Existing RTA to New RTA is underway and till completion of the necessary process in accordance with the applicable laws the Existing RTA shall continue to act as the RTA of the Company and facilitate necessary services.
