KFin Technologies Limited has entered into a joint venture agreement with Computer Age Management Services Limited, with respect to the incorporation of a joint venture company by the Company and CAMS, for the purposes of owning, developing, maintaining and operating the jointly developed investment management platform and ecosystem named 'MF Central' ("Transaction"). The Transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. As part of the Transaction, the Company will also be undertaking a primary equity capital infusion (in one or more tranches) in the JVCo by the Company, up to an aggregate amount equivalent to INR 135,000,000 in connection with the Transaction.
