KFM Kingdom Holdings Limited Announces the Resignation of Zhang Yongdong as Non-Executive Director, the Chairman of the Board, the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of KFM Kingdom Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Zhang Yongdong tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director, the chairman of the Board, the chairman of the nomination committee of the Company and a member of the remuneration committee of the Company, with effect from 15 July 2016.
