In the past year, and under J's leadership, Kin + Carta made significant progress towards achieving its three "Big Hairy Audacious Goals" (BHAGs) set for 2025. These goals reflect the firm's desire to continue to grow and expand, double down its commitment to being a triple bottom line business and become an internationally recognized "Best Place to Work".
In 2021, three years earlier than planned, Kin + Carta became the first publicly-traded company on the London Stock Exchange to be certified as a B Corp. The firm's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness (IDEA) program reached its one-year anniversary and its program manager was recognized as a top leader in DEI. 461 new Kin joined, and the firm was recognized as a Best Place to Work by Fast Company and Consulting Magazine. Most recently, Kin + Carta announced the acquisition of Octain, a cloud-based, automated machine learning platform, furthering its commitment to helping clients accelerate data-driven decision making and digital transformation outcomes.
"J successfully drives and executes highly ambitious strategic and growth goals, but his superpower is how approachable and human he is. He cultivates a culture of servant leadership that all Kin benefit from," said Manthey.
