Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 28, 2021, Wendy Wee notified Kindred Biosciences, Inc. ("KindredBio")
that she intends to retire as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of
KindredBio on August 31, 2021. Ms. Wee served as KindredBio's Vice President of
Finance from 2014 to 2017, and has served as KindredBio's Chief Financial
Officer since 2017. KindredBio may enter into a consulting agreement with Ms.
Wee pursuant to which Ms. Wee will provide consulting services to KindredBio
following her retirement.
