CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

FOR INTERIM DIVIDEND

Reference is made to the announcement of the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2019 made by Kinetic Mines and Energy Limited (the "Company") on 21 August 2019 (the "Announcement").

As mentioned in the Announcement, the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has recommended the payment of an interim dividend of HK$0.015 per share in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2019 (the "Interim Dividend"). The Company is pleased to announce that the Interim Dividend will be payable to the holders of ordinary shares whose names appear on the register of members of the Company (the "Register") on 8 November 2019. It is expected that the Interim Dividend will be paid in cash on Friday, 29 November 2019 to the qualifying shareholders.

The Register will be closed from Wednesday, 6 November 2019 to Friday, 8 November 2019 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of shares will be registered for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlement to the Interim Dividend. To qualify for the Interim Dividend, all share transfers documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged for registration with the Company's branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong no later than 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 5 November 2019.
