(Suzhou) Ltd. will resume its production with local authorities' approval.
Daily revenue of King Long Technology (Suzhou) Ltd. is about
RMB 5 million to 6 million currently. The consolidated revenue for the first
quarter of KYEC will not be impacted due to this event. And no significant
impact on the company's finances and operations.
