SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO

THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED

31 MARCH 2019

Reference is made to the annual report of Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") for the year ended 31 March 2019 published on 18 July 2019 (the "2019 Annual Report"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the 2019 Annual Report.

In addition to the information provided in the 2019 Annual Report, the Company wishes to provide to the shareholders and potential investors of the Company with the following additional information in relation to the two share option schemes of the Company.

Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme

The weighted average closing price and the closing price of the Shares immediately before the date of the exercise of 57,507,840 share options and 1,058,880 share options by the Directors and employee(s) of the Company respectively on 17 August 2018 under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme were HK$0.251 and HK$0.255 respectively.

Share Option Scheme

The weighted average closing price and the closing price of the Shares immediately before the date of grant of the 100,800,000 share options with an exercise price of HK$0.253 per Share on 20 September 2018 to employees of the Company under the Share Option Scheme were HK$0.2532 and HK$0.246 respectively.

Save as disclosed in this announcement, all other information in the 2019 Annual Report remains unchanged.
