On October 7, 2020, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press
release (the "October 7 Press Release") announcing its estimated third quarter
catastrophe loss. A copy of the October 7 Press Release is furnished as Exhibit

investors on November 9, 2020 at 8:30 A.M. ET to discuss its 2020 third quarter
financial results. The October 5 Press Release also indicated that the
Company's third quarter results are scheduled for release shortly after the
stock markets close on the previous business day, November 6, 2020. A copy of
