Kingswood Holdings has reshuffled its board and appointed Lloyds Bank veteran David Lawrence to the newly created role of UK chief executive, as the firm is pressing ahead with its growth strategy. Lawrence worked at Lloyds in various roles for over 30 years, and was latterly chief commercial officer of Schroders Personal Wealth, Lloyds’ wealth management joint venture with Schroders. He will head up wealth management and UK subsidiaries at Kingswood. Group chief operating officer Graydon Butler, who joined last February from Moor Park Capital, is leaving the firm. He will be replaced by Charles Stanley’s Harriet Griffin, who joined the group in March in a similar position. Patrick Goulding, who ‘played a number of key roles’ in the firm over the last two years will focus on his main role as chief financial officer but will step off the firm’s board. He will continue as director of UK subsidiaries.
