Kirloskar Brothers Limited Proposes Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22, Payable on or Before September 08, 2022

Kirloskar Brothers Limited at its Annual General Meeting to be held on August 10, 2022 proposed the record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for receiving Dividend of INR 3 (at 150%) per equity share having face value of INR 2 each for the Financial Year 2021-22, is August 03, 2022. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the 102th AGM, shall be paid on or before September 08, 2022, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
