Intea and the Police Authority have entered into a planning agreement to start work on the creation of a new police station in Arninge, Täby municipality.

The new police station is planned to be constructed on part of the properties Arninge 4:19 and Rönninge 3:5 and the lettable area is estimated at approximately 7,500 sq.m. The work involved in creating a detailed plan of the land along with the municipality is ready to begin.

"The police station in Täby is one of several exciting projects that Intea and the Police Authority are working on together. We are proud to contribute to meeting the police's need for new premises," says Kjell-Åke Nilsson, Business Development Manager at Intea.

"My colleagues and I look forward to eventually moving into new and modern premises with larger spaces that are adapted to our needs. In a new police station located in the middle of the Southern Roslagen local police district, with direct proximity to the E18, we will have the best conditions to meet challenges faced today and in the future in all of our five municipalities," says Anna Ohlsson, head of the Southern Roslagen local police area.
