Withdrawal of three shareholder representatives in the Supervisory Board and nomination of new candidates Munich, 7 May 2020 - The Supervisory Board of Knorr-Bremse AG, upon recommendation of the Nomination Committee, decided today to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Knorr-Bremse AG on 30 June 2020 electing Heinz Hermann Thiele, indirect main shareholder and Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Knorr-Bremse AG, Dr. Thomas Enders, former CEO of Airbus SE, and Dr. Theodor Weimer, CEO of Deutsch Börse AG, as new members of the Supervisory Board. If elected by the Annual General Meeting they will succeed Dr. Wolfram Mörsdorf, Wolfgang Tölsner and Georg Weiberg, who withdraw from office as members of the Supervisory Board of Knorr-Bremse AG with effect as of the end of the Annual General Meeting on 30 June 2020.
