KØBENHAVNS LUFTHAVNE A/S On Tuesday 19 December 2017 at 3 pm, an extraordinary general meeting of Copenhagen Airports A/S was held with the following agenda:
1. Election of members of the Board of Directors, including a Deputy Chairman
2. Authorisation to the chairman of the general meeting
Re item 1 Ulrik Dan Weuder was elected as DeputyChairman of the Board of Directors in addition to the Company's other Deputy Chairman and Annemette Moesgaard was elected as member of the Board of Directors for the period until the Company's next annual general meeting.
Re item 2 The general meeting authorised the chairman of the general meeting to register the resolutions with the Danish Business Authority
