In the tender organized and announced by The Privatization Administration of Turkey for the privatization of Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Marina owned by Turkish Maritime Lines, by method of Transfer of Operating Rights for a period of 40 (forty) years within the frame of provisions of the Law on Privatization Practices no. 4046, the bid in the amount of 2.531 million TL submitted by our subsidiary, Tek-Art Kalamış ve Fenerbahçe Marmara Turizm Tesisleri A.Ş., has been the highest bid.
Finalization of the tender result is subject to final approval of the Competition Board and the Privatization High Council.
