An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 45.2% stake in Koei Tecmo Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:3635) from Koyu Co., Ltd. and other shareholders on February 1, 2017. As per the terms of agreement Koyu Co., Ltd. and other shareholders will sell 47.4 million shares of Koei Tecmo Holdings Co., Ltd. and post completion, Koyu Co., Ltd. will not hold stake in Koei Tecmo Holdings Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close in March 15, 2017.
