Kojamo Oyj at its AGM held on March 16, 2023 approved election of Annica Ånäs and Andreas Segal were elected as members of the Board of Directors. Mikko Mursula was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Anne Leskelä (Chairman), Mikko Mursula, Kari Kauniskangas and Annica Ånäs were elected as members of the Audit Committee.
Mikael Aro (Chairman), Andreas Segal and Catharina Stackelberg-Hammarén were elected as members of the Remuneration Committee.
