KolmarBNH Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A200130) agreed to acquire remaining 39.1% stake in Human & Green Cosmetics Co., Ltd. from Yeowon Yoon for KRW 15.5 billion on August 23, 2018. KolmarBNH Co., Ltd will acquire 0.046 million shares of Human & Green Cosmetics. The consideration will be paid in cash. Post completion, KolmarBNH Co., Ltd will own 0.12 million shares representing 100% stake in Human & Green Cosmetics. Human & Green Cosmetics Co., Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 60.3 billion and net assets of KRW 17.7 billion as of December 31, 2017 and revenues of KRW 167.7 billion and net profit of KRW 5.3 billion for the year ended December 31, 2017. The transaction is resolved by the board of KolmarBNH Co., Ltd. on August 23, 2018. The transaction is expected to complete on August 24, 2018.
