NeoView KOLON Co.,Ltd. announced that it will issue 800,000 shares at a price of KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 4,000,000,000 on June 14, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investor Kolon Mobility Group Corporation for a majority stake investment. Post-completion of the transaction, Kolon Mobility Group Corporation will acquire 99.33% in the company.
