Komehyo Co.,Ltd. reported consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2020. For the year, on consolidated basis, net sales were JPY 57,510 million against JPY 50,960 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 295 million against JPY 1,860 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 236 million against JPY 1,009 million a year ago. Net income per basic share was JPY 21.59 against JPY 92.14 a year ago.
For the year, on non-consolidated basis, net sales were JPY 48,307 million against JPY 44,391 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 470 million against JPY 1,517 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 254 million against JPY 974 million a year ago. Net income per basic share was JPY 23.27 against JPY 88.95 a year ago.
The company announced a dividend of JPY 8.00 per share for the year ended March 31, 2020. Planned date of start of dividend payment is June 26, 2020.
