Komehyo Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2780) entered into share transfer agreement to acquire 4x4 Engineering Services Co., Ltd. from Matsumoto Co., Ltd. on May 13, 2019. Under the terms of the acquisition, Komehyo Co.,Ltd. will acquire 300 shares of 4x4 Engineering Services Co., Ltd. For the fiscal year ended August 2018, 4x4 Engineering Services Co., Ltd. reported total assets of approximate ¥130 million, net assets of approximately ¥120 million, sales of approximately ¥110 million, operating income of ¥8 million and net income of ¥8 million. The transaction is expected to close in May 13, 2019.
