Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council of 16 April 2014, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Končar - Electrical Industry Inc. Fallerovo šetalište 22, Zagreb, PIN: 45050126417 (hereinafter: the Company), hereby notifies that Josip Ljulj, the Member of the Company's Management Board, acquires 115 ordinary shares of the Issuer by allocating the Company's own shares outside the Regulated Market, based on the Decision of the Supervisory Board of July 19, 2022 and the Rulebook on long-termremuneration of the members of the Management Board.

Josip Ljulj, on registration of the acquired shares with the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. holds 555 shares, identification code KOEI-R-A,which entitles him to 0.0216% votes in the General Assembly.
