ENRG Elements Limited is an Australia-based company focused on the exploration and development of its uranium and copper projects, commodities for a carbon-neutral and electric future. The Company's projects include Agadez Uranium Project and Ghanzi West Copper-Silver. The Company holds 100% of the underexplored Agadez Uranium Project located in the Tim Mersoi Basin of Niger. The Project holds three exploration permits (approximately 726 square kilometers (km2)) and an exploration license application. The Ghanzi West Copper-Silver Project comprises over six prospecting licenses, which covers a total area of approximately 2,630 square kilometers (km2) in the Kalahari Copper Belt of Botswana and has the high grade A4 deposit. The Company also holds interest Virgo Copper Project. The Virgo Copper Project includes two prospecting licenses (PL 135/2017 & PL 162/2017) in Botswana's Kalahari Copper Belt, which covers an area of approximately 210 km2.
