LONDON, 14 July 2021 - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Alexandra (Alex) Ghashghai has joined the firm as a senior client partner and will be based in the firm's London office.

With over twenty years of professional services experience across search, banking and consulting, Ghashghai joins Korn Ferry from a global search and advisory firm where she led the global Private Equity business and was a core member of the European Industrials practice. Prior to joining the Executive Search industry, Ghashghai was an M&A banker at Citigroup, in London and New York, where she focused on the Industrials and Alternative Energy sectors. Her early career was with Ernst & Young, where she focused on management consulting.

Ghashghai has an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles, and most recently graduated from the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School. She speaks English, Farsi, and French.
