Korn Ferry : Named a ‘Pacesetter’ in ALM Intelligence’s Employee Well-Being 2021/2022 Report

Los Angeles, March 2, 2022 - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) announced today that it has been named a "Pacesetter" in ALM Intelligence's 2021/2022 Employee Well-Being Research Report. Pacesetter is the report's highest recognition.

The report states that, "Korn Ferry sees employee well-being as central to a successful workforce management and organization transformation strategy but grounds its approach in data, both from employees and markets. Korn Ferry takes a top-down, bottom-up and peer-to-peer approach. The firm works to create a culture that triangulates between employees, the organization and leadership, with the ultimate aim being optimizing the employee experience."

In its report, ALM Intelligence examines the strategies and service offerings of 17 providers identified as Market Leaders by the ALM Pacesetter Advisory Council. The report assesses these firms for their ability to focus on employee well-being amid a challenging environment marked by the Great Resignation, remote working models and overall employee burnout. Korn Ferry was named as one of five "Pacesetters."

The report highlights Korn Ferry's work with clients as well as the firm's internal initiatives.
