KIEV, Oct 18, 2021, ­- Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Roman Bondar has joined the firm as a senior client partner and head of the Ukraine office. He is based in the firm's Kiev office.

Bondar joins Korn Ferry from a Ukrainian state-owned defence conglomerate where he worked as Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to that he worked as managing partner for an executive search and leadership consulting firm in Ukraine. Leveraging his nearly two decades of corporate and consulting experience, he will advise clients on leadership development, board and C-suite recruitment, corporate governance improvement, organizational transformation and performance management.
