Washington DC, 12 Jan. 2022 - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Victoria Baxter has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the Organization Strategy practice, focused on Environmental Social & Governance (ESG) & Sustainability. She is based in the Washington DC office.

Baxter has extensive consulting experience advising clients on their ESG, sustainability, social impact and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies. She joins Korn Ferry from Weber Shandwick where she served as Executive Vice President & North American lead for the social impact practice. Prior to this, Baxter worked in public affairs including as Deputy Director, Communication & Public Affairs in the United Nations Foundation. She is also a certified coach.

Baxter holds has a Master of Arts in international peace and conflict resolution and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from American University.
