On June 23, 2021, the company announced a decrease in its equity buyback plan. The company decreased its authority by KRW 15.64
million, thereby bringing the total authorization to 334.36 million.
KORYO CREDIT INFORMATION CO., LTD is a Korea-based company engaged in the provision of credit information services. It operates three businesses: credit collection, which executes the asset investigation, payment urge, receipt of payment on behalf of creditor exercising the credit right on general overdue obligations such as goods payment, sale payment, construction expense payment and others, and small sum overdue obligations such as bankcard payment, department store card payment, communication charges and others; credit research business, which conducts credit research on the real estate owned by the debtors, investigation on the possession of vehicles, inquiries on the details of credit cards, as well as overdue cases in finance fields and failure in transactions, and civil service business, which involves in the credit information research and issues of documentation for credit management.
