From August 26, 2021 to August 27, 2021, the company has repurchased 2,500,000 shares, representing 10.03% for ¥2,497.5 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 2,500,000 shares, representing 10.03% for ¥2,497.5 million under the buyback announced on August 26, 2021.
Kosaido Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of information solution, human resources service and operation of ending-related business. The Company operates through four business segments. Information segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of printed materials, publication and sale of the publications, as well as the eco-business. Human Resources segment is involved in the recruitment media business, recruitment and temporary staffing business, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business, as well as human resources introduction, human resources education and training, Japanese language education, study abroad support business in Vietnam and other foreign countries. Funeral Service segment is involved in cremation business and management of funeral home business, as well as provision of funeral service.
