Sub: Rectificatiou in Trading Plan of Mr. Manish Mehta- Joint President, an employee of the Bank's Subsidiary, Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Co. Ltd., submitted pursuant to Regulation 5(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015
This is with reference to our letter dated January 06, 2022, with respect to submission of trading plan ofMr. Manish Mehta, Joint President, an employee of the Bank's Subsidiary, Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Co. Ltd (Letter and Trading Plan enclosed). The trading plan for the period July 11,2022 to July 10, 2023 was pertaining to sell of equity shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, held as ESOP as a part ofhis remuneration.
In the enclosed trading plan, the period of the trading plan was erroneously, overlapping with the one already in existence. Following is the extract ofmentioned dates in the current trading plan:
