KPIT Technologies Limited at its AGM held on August 27, 2024, approved to declare final cash dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 at INR 4.60 per equity share of INR 10 each (at 46%) in addition to interim dividend paid at INR 2.10 per equity share of INR 10 each (at 21%).
