KPIT Technologies Limited Recommends the Declaration & Payment of Interim Dividend; Approves the Resignation of Rohit Saboo from the Position of Director, Effective from February 1, 2020

KPIT Technologies Limited at the board meeting held on January 29, 2020, recommended the declaration & payment of Interim Dividend at INR 0.55/- per equity share of INR 10/- each (5.5%).

The company approved the resignation of Mr. Rohit Saboo - Nominee of National Engineering Industries Limited from the position of Director of the Company with effect from February 1, 2020.
