Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management Company") as the Management Company of KPN Property Fund (KPNPF) (the "Fund") hereby informs that the Management Company has amended the Fund schemes of the Fund as follows:

The amendments to the Fund schemes are in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Act and the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board as mentioned in the Fund project. Thus, the amendments deem to get an approval from the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. SorNor.41/2562, Re: Details of schemes of Property Fund date 25 April 2019 (and its amendments).
